As a general rule, once an order is placed, the Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel it. However, the Buyer may choose to cancel the order within five minutes of placing it. In such cases, SUNBISAGROFISH reserves the right to deny any refund to the Buyer based on their previous cancellation history. SUNBISAGROFISH may also suspend the Buyer’s account, as deemed necessary.
If the Buyer cancels the order after five minutes of placing it, SUNBISAGROFISH shall have the right to collect a penalty of 100% of the order amount as compensation for the damages suffered. This includes the option to either not refund the order value for prepaid orders or recover the penalty from the Buyer’s subsequent order for postpaid orders.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5–7 working days depending on the issuing bank.
